Formerly known as 'Address the Nation' (2001/02), this song was performed as the opener to a 'the Heads of State' gig in 2003 in Glasgow, Scotland. It was an instrumental at the time. Versions were recorded on cassette tape in 2003. The song was revamped in 2007, keeping a lot of the same features. It became the colourful, harsh introduction to 'After. The. Rush. Hour's. Gone'.
